• Hello DolbyVision Yes - so long as you are using a latest spec' HDMI cable, all our current receivers are able to pass through Dolby Vision HDR to your TV.

• Yes. the receiver settings over ride that of the TV. If watching a DVD select sound setting on the disk. I have also notice that when watching Netflix movies the sound format appears on the receiver display.
