• A:Answer I am answering my own question, but I just purchased this headphone to find out myself. Yes, it can, but it's not automatically switches. You'll have to manually click "Connect" to switch from one device to there other.

• A:Answer If the TV supports Bluetooth 5.0, then the headphones will most likely connect with your TV. We can't make any guarantees as we haven't tested your TV and some models have restrictions. Bluetooth latency can be a factor, however it is being minimized with most high quality Bluetooth chips these days.
