IS this with flip cover? null

Mine came with a flip case and also a pouch that the flip case and speaker will fit into.

Yes with magnitized keeper to keep it closed flat when not in use

Yes, the speaker comes with the flip cover which provides good protection for the speaker when traveling, plus it enables the speaker to be propped up to direct the sound up into the room rather than straight ahead. Also without the flip cover, the speaker could be easily knocked over due to it being very thin at about 1-1/2 inches.

Yes it has a flip cover and is very nice material.
