• Yes, as long as you have the plug adapter. I was able to plug my guitar into it.

• It has a 3.5 jack for input. I’m unfamiliar with record players

• Yes, however if your Record Player doesn't have a built-in pre-amp, then a pre-amp will be required to get the audio signal up to line level.
