Thank you for your question and we hope all is well. We apologize to hear about your experience with your speakers and amps. Impedance varies depending on the frequency so it’s constantly changing. Since it’s so dynamic, manufacturers rate impedance as “nominal” or “average” which takes into account some variability. So if the speaker and amp-rated impedance are the same or close, it should be fine. Almost all amps have built-in protection as well so in most cases there is no risk in trying it. The MDA should be fine, but we would recommend not using the bridge mode since bridge mode isn’t as stable at low impedance. We hope this helps and please let us know if you have any other questions.
