A:Answer That would almost certainly be OK, but it depends on how the output stage of your receiver's power amplifier stage is designed. Most would accommodate the ~6 ohms of these speakers without a problem. I drive them in parallel with a pair of Bose 301's (MLs in one room, Bose in another) with an NAD C 375BEE power amplifier - and it all works and sounds just fine.
But if you're concerned, this question should really be put to the receiver manufacturer to get the definitive answer.
