What makes this speaker worth $45K? null

For 50 000 or 100,00.00 in sure you could get the band to play live

The quality and sound are much better than most speakers. It's certainly a lot, but I just got 2 of them and it's a real qood quality sound for only a 2 pair set. So it's really not that bad considering you only need 2.
