• There is the Exclusive SteelBook but that should be free. The 10 dollar add on could be the Andromeda 1050 Points (1,050 Mass Effect: Andromeda Multiplayer Points) or it might be the Deluxe Edition (check out the product feature of Mass Effect: Andromeda Deluxe Edition).

• the $10 extra makes it the Delux edition, giving you in game items, the game sounds track and other bonuses.

• As far as I know, you get the steel book edition. Might be one online trinket but not enough, in my opinion, to warrant the extra $10.

• The $9.99 add on is to purchase in game items. As far as pre-orders go, you get the Steelbook, and depending on what edition you get, you receive different armors and packs.
