If your driveway can accommodate a 53-foot truck, the carrier can deliver the unit to your garage door. Regarding your specific needs: Inside Delivery: After placing your order, please provide your detailed address and driveway conditions. We will check with the carrier to see if complimentary "inside delivery" (to the first floor) is available for your location. Upstairs Delivery: Delivery to a second-floor bedroom typically requires an additional service fee. We also highly recommend measuring your stairwell and corner clearances to ensure the chair can pass through safely. Assembly: The MT398 is designed for easy setup. It is almost fully assembled; you only need a few minutes to attach the footrest, and it will be ready for use!

But they don't unpack for you,you will do it by yourself ! I bought last week they delivery to my room(upstairs) bedroom not unpack it and you will connect legs massage to massage chair by yourself too but it easy so no worry about it!
