Does this work well with a Ricoh Z1 360 Camera??? null

The connector on the MAX Grip and Tripod uses the standard GoPro connector. That connector is a finger-style link that may not work with other manufacturers' cameras. However, if those cameras use a standard screw style connector, there is an adapter that can be used to connect those types of cameras to this tripod.
