• The good thing about the slightly tilted front, it helps open the door. I installed mine slightly tilted up front.

• nope it should be fine. It would only be a problem if you had a full bowl of liquid (but you would probably have problems with that anyway.

• Depending on how much it is "outside" the level mark, it might affect if contents will tend to "slide" toward the front or back as they rotate? Front-to-back level would be adjusted by the top bolts that come down through the upper cabinet into the top of the microwave...either slightly loosen or tighten a turn or two.
