QuestionMAYTAG MODEL # MBF2258FEZ bottom refrigerator. Every time I open the refrigerator door or the freezer door the refrigerator pulls out. The seal is so tight it moves the whole refrigerator. The wheels do not appear to lock. How can I prevent this?

- Answer The wheel lock is on the front right side. The installer should have locked your refrigerator in place. Call Best Buy and have them complete this or refer to your owner's manual about how to lock this wheel. Mine is properly locked and it does not move at all.

- Answer Hello AR! this unit does not include a linear compressor and we do not have a Decibel rating on file. Because of this it would not be considered a specifically quiet unit but also is not considered a very loud unit.
