Q: QuestionMy machine that just broke had a gentile cycle on it which was used occasionally with China. Has anyone washed more delicate dishware in this machine and if so what setting is used? Or can this not be done in this machine

• A:Answer This machine does not have a gentile cycle. It does have a quick one hour wash cycle. I would suggest you hand wash delicate dishes if they have medal inlays or hand painted.

Q: QuestionI am looking for a replacement part for the center adjuster rack. When dishwasher was installed a Wheel on the adjuster was broken off and nothing has been done to fix it. I want just the wheel to replace and not spend 35$ on a Full adjuster piece.

• A:Answer Just hit start, if you want choose a cycle (I normally don't bother with the cycles of PowerBlast, Auto, Normal, Quick or Rinse), choose SaniRinse, Heated Dry or High Temp (i normally choose Heated Dry, but if you don't it will just be a shorter cycle without heated dry), close the door, it will count down 4 seconds and start! Easy Peasy! Simplest terms: 1. Start 2. Close It starts! If it's not, maybe there's another problem.
