• Yes, ours was delivered with the door handles removed. Best Buy installed them do they are removable.

• Gail, the handles can be removed. Beginning on page 5 of the User Guide it advises how to remove the handles. Hopefully this information is beneficial to you. Thank you for your inquiry regarding our Maytag appliances!
