“Since the ice maker is in the fridge compartment, has anyone experienced ice melting and re-freezing? any water dripping?”

• Having the ice maker in the refrigerator has only one drawback: It takes up refrigerator space. However in our situation the effectiveness of the ice maker far outweighs any loss of interior space due to it being in there. No problems with ice melting and re-freezing, it is located precisely where it is supposed to be!
