- Answer Hello Kitty, A range or wall oven with all racks in the oven cavity will preheat to 350°F in: 12 - 15 minutes (+/- 5 minutes). Thank you for your inquiry on our Maytag appliances.

Questioncan this oven be used as regular oven. Does it switch back and forth to convection. Probably wouldn’t use the convection oven that much.
