• I would get the 5 year plan I feel if the machine is going to fail or require service it would happen further out and after significant use and the cost difference between the 2 plans is minimal

• Mine came with a ten year warrantee from Maytag, so I didn't buy any extended warrantee from Best Buy. My last Maytag lasted 29 years and I was sorry to see it go.
