This washer is amazing! Not only does it wash your clothes to perfection but it's spin cycle practically dry the clothes reducing dryer time! Initially, I thought I needed a dryer but had to purchase a washer bc my old one died and was too costly to fix! Turns out I needed a washer that spin clothes to near dry. My towels now dry on one cycle! Keeping the old dryer!

I am happy with this purchase. It is quiet, cleans well, and has a large enough capacity for a family of four. I have owned it for about 4 months.

I love this washer! My biggest surprise was how well the clothes are washed and how dry they come out after the spin cycle. Crazy dry! So much less time in the dryer is true. I didn't want a bunch of extra widgets or wash cycles. It still has temp, soil and spin options in each cycle so you will be covered. I wash 7-10 loads a week. I will say the washer is on the loud side but it's not a bother to me. It is very spacious compared to my old whirlpool but don't over stuff it or it won't lock and gives an error code. You can wash larger loads and it washes everything just fine. It fits king size comforters and sheets perfectly. The dial is sensitive if you brush it by accident, it beeps. I did get the rebate and bought it on sale. I can't be happier!

Month and a half in and this thing is pretty cool. It’s heavy and washes quickly and efficiently. It’s not loud, quieter than my last top load, less water usage, and dries better. My last washer was a Samsung (less than 5 years old). I like the settings, customization is good without being crazy. So far, really happy.

Love my new washer. Has a great variety of setting, very quiet, easy to use. I’ve had it for over a month and there are no issues with it getting smelly because of water in the door seal. The weather does not lay in the seal like my last front loading washer.

I'd forgotten how quiet a washing machine could be. I can barely tell when this thing is washing. It takes a lot of wear and tear off my older dryer because the spin cycle is so powerful. The quick clean feature is pretty cool too. My clothes ate just as clean, but done in 30ish mins.

This washer holds a lot! Clothes get clean, washer is fairly quiet. My only issue is that the touch buttons are easily pushed (on and off) when brushing up against it, sometimes ending a cycle in the middle.

Decided to upgrade from my 18-20 year old Whirlpool washer/dryer after remodeling laundry room and saw that Best Buy had a good sale on the Maytag washer/dryer set. I have had the pair for about a month and so far I'm very pleased - I was a little intimidated by it being so "high tech" but it's very user friendly and uses a lot less water too so I'm conserving precious resources all at the same time! I purchased the pedestal set with it because I didn't have much room for shelving and am glad I did - everthing fits in the drawers beneath and you don't have to bend down much to do laundry so that's an added bonus! I did a little research and Maytag seemed to get better reviews than some of the others.

Great Washer! I love it! It gets the clothes so much cleaner than our old small stackable unit. It's huge! Great for an apartment, condo or house. Plus the steam function is very nice to have.

We have been using this washer for about a month. So far, we are very happy with it. We also purchased the matching dryer and have them stacked so they don’t take up too much space. For the price, the washer is acceptably quiet, the spin cycle is relatively smooth, and so far everything is working fine. As a “compact” unit when stacked, it has nice capacity, while still not taking up too much space. We would definitely buy it again.

Purchased this washer as it was a best buy on Consumer Reports. Have had for 3 weeks and appears to be working fine; no problems. Wash times are pretty accurate. Use control lock after starting washer or when not in use as controls are sensitive. The first time I used it I accidentally turned it off mid cycle by leaning over the washer to get something out of the cupboard above it and had to start the cycle over,

The washer works really well, is quite quiet, has all the bells and whistles I need without it being complicated, and I am glad I made the purchase without spending oodles on the more expensive brands.

This is my second front load washer. My first was a Samsung. I have used it 8 times so far and am happy with my purchase. Cleans well, not noisy, spin dry really well. Reason I bought a Maytag instead of another Samsung was I didn't think the Samsung was reliable and I am still using my old Maytag dryer that's still going strong.

My wife and I like the washer and it's a huge improvement from our prior unit. The capacity is exceptional for the needs of our family and it does an excellent job of cleaning laundry. The only downside is the controls are on the front of the unit and they are VERY sensitive so just accidentally bumping it will initiate the wash cycle.

This is a very efficient and relatively quite machine. It is even easy for men to use. It is a front loader so is much more convenient than our previous one which was a top loader mounted on a stand. It is also faster than the previous one.

This 4.3 cf Maytag Front Load washer is easy to use and cleans the clothes well. The controls are right up front and can be read easily. One of the best features is that the water doesn't seem to sit in the front like on previous washers. This should limit moldy smell in the future since there is nothing there.
