No it's not. It should be 57 minutes

That’s one reason I hate this washer! It will wash one load heavy load almost 3 hours! If you don’t choose correct setting it spins unbalanced and then clothes are soaking wet when done! Hate this washer!

Hello Mothra, There are no set range of cycle times for this model of washer. Cycle times vary depending on water pressure in the home, load size, amount of detergent used etc. The unit also has a soil sensor, which would sense the soil on the clothing. Which in return would adjust the time. The time in the display is an estimated time only and may adjust.

Hi, I usually run the normal load. It's about an hour and 20-30 minutes. Maybe there was a button pressed for extra rinse ? that maybe added to the time. I'm not sure because this hasn't happened to me yet. I'm sorry I couldn't be more helpful.
