“I've had this washer for a couple of months. Several times now, when it finishes washing, the cloths are barely damp. Why is this happening? I'm having to use the Power Wash button on all loads.”

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Not sure exactly what you mean, sorry. I do know the final spin is such a high RPM that your clothes should just feel damp, not dripping wet. HE washers use quite a bit less water than traditional machines but the clothes are actually getting cleaner. Only issue I've had was when my daughter washed her clothes, they came out dripping. Simple fix, she was overloading the heck out of the washer.
