Hello Chio, we are sorry to hear this concern. If you are clothes are still wet, you may do a Drain and Spin cycle. We hope this helps.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.If I understand right, it's finished washing but your clothes still are still really wet, like the spin cycle didn't work well? If you turn the center dial all the way to the left, it will point to the setting for "DRAIN & SPIN". Set your dial there, turn the washer on, and let it do it's thing. If you still have issues after that, then your washer may not be working properly.
