• A:Answer That was one of my first questions! Especially because you cannot open the lid to put it in the water after you start it. I never could find a source for this answer so I just put it in right on top of the clothes before I start the machine. If you know a better way or how to stop the machine and and open the lid after you have started it I would love to know that!

Q: QuestionHow do you unlock the lid during cycles of wash? If you forget to put something in. I tried to pause it and all the water drained out and I had to start it again. I don't like that I can't lift the lid when I want.
