QuestionHi, is there any way to just do cold water wash? I tried turning off the hot water and then no water came out at all. ALso tried turning the knob to cold water or tap water, still doesn't work...PLEASE HELP.

- Answer Verify that the faucet is open for cold water. If hot water is present during cold cycle…..your hoses are reversed

QuestionWhy will this washer consistently not start? It goes from sense to done in about 7 seconds. I unplug it, restart, nothing seems to work then randomly after a few days it will start again?

- Answer Push power button. releas quickly and immediately click start. there will be a pause but dont rush it. when you hear a click the lid is locking and a few seconds you will hear the fill start. Then u are good to go. I had same trouble at first and didnt allow enough time for the machine to receive and execute the demand.
