“Hi, is there any way to just do cold water wash? I tried turning off the hot water and then no water came out at all. ALso tried turning the knob to cold water or tap water, still doesn't work...PLEASE HELP.”

Verify that the faucet is open for cold water. If hot water is present during cold cycle…..your hoses are reversed
