- Answer Mine came with everything but since i had them deliver and install the had me puchase new hoses but when the tech came out to install they said they weren't needed and returned them for me.

- Answer ONE RINSE AND IT TAKES ABOUT 60 MIN. PER LOAD TO BE DONE. IF STUCK TRY RESETTING THE MACHINE BY PUSHING THE OFF BUTTON OR PULLING THE PLUG. GOOD LUCK
