• I’m having the same issue. I’ve ran the clean cycles multiple times, I’ve tried using zero detergent, I’ve used vinegar rinses and I’m still having to re wash my dark clothes. :(

• Use warm water. Cold water does not always remove the soap.

• Just went to the appliance store asking the same question. The owner gave me the same answer! He said if you rub the white spots off with your finger, you can smell the soap on it. Claims you need much less detergent than you think. 2nd time I've heard this.

• Hi MaryLou, it may be due to using excessive detergent. You can do a Clean Washer cycle to see if this fixes the issue you are having.
