We have found it to be just right: Not too hard, but not too soft either. I can't say what would happen to extremely delicate clothing after numerous washings, but I would venture to say this machine would be no different than any other machine's delicate cycle.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The washer machine is pretty good on clothes, I would say is fair on gentleness, I haven't came across any ripped or mistreated clothing but what I can say is that the clothes do come out super wrinkled, I feel that that's the only down fall. I'm guessing that it has to do with when it spins the clothing because it does come out practically dry, however it does come out very wrinkly. More than usual washer machines. I feel that it does the job though. (Just more work when dried. "Lots of ironing")
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It is rough on delicates. The delicate items I had were thrown around vigorously, didn't destroy them, but wasn't easy on them either. Overall, the machine appears rough on all cycles, especially the wrinkle cycle, which yields wrinkled clothes. .
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I used delicate and it washed the clothes twice yes twice. Mine was defective and had to return it.
