We only had this machine a few weeks when we noticed it wasn't agitating. The repairman noticed the transmission engagement lever had popped out. He engaged it and within a few washes it was doing the same thing. He replaced the entire part and now within 4 months of being replaced it is doing the same thing. This could be the same problem you could be having as then the washer doesn't agitate and also doesn't completely spin out the clothes.
