You cannot soak your clothes overnight by leaving the lid up, because the water will drain out after leaving the lid up for about 10 minutes. Nor can you pause the washer to try and soak your clothes. Also, I think (not positive about this) the water will stop flowing into the tub when the lid is up. (I miss my old Maytag which did allow me to do both actions.)
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The washer will drain between 3 to 4 minutes after the washer's lid is opened.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. No Sheila. The washer does not fill up with the lid open. If you want to soak your load, the lid must be down. Add your load, your he soap, close the lid and press the power button on. Stay their until the washer senses the load it starts adding the water and your he soap, wait for it to wash a little then just turn the power button off as your load will soak overnight, Good Luck:)
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It won't fill while the lid is up but you can fill it and pause it to let the clothes soak. I haven't tried to do it all night so I'm not sure.
