QuestionIs the agitator in the washing machine removable? Is it large enough to wash a king size bedspread? Aren’t all washing machines electric? I know my dryer is gas.

- Answer Hello Jg, the agitator is not removable on this model. This model does have a lot of space, however, materials and thickness can vary with bedding. We would recommend following the manufacturer's instructions on the bedding and if placed in the unit to not overload. All Washers are electric. Thank you for your inquiry on our Maytag appliances.

- Answer Everything is added prior to starting the cycle. The lid is locked during the wash cycle

QuestionOur new Pet Pro Maytag washer does not "rotate" the clothes on the top of the load down under the water level - the clothes that are on top of the load stay there throughout the soak and wash cycles. The washer is about 3/4 full of clothes. ???
