We only had this machine a few weeks when we noticed it didn't seem to be agitating. A repairmen came and apparently the engagement lever wasn't engaging the transmission and was popping out. He popped it back again and within a few washes it was doing the same thing. He completely replaced the part and it worked for 4 months and now we noticed it wasn't agitating again and we checked and it is doing exactly the same thing. Very unhappy.
