Yes, you can rinse only. Set the washer to drain and spin with the knob, then on the right select extra rinse. It will run a rinse cycle only. I found this while researching it in the manual and online. Hope it helps.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Sorry I just got mine and only tried one load so far, however, I had a somewhat similar problem. I ran out and bought the first HE detergent I saw on the shelf Gain" midnight blossom" or some such, filled the receptacle and the result was overpowering. I couldn't wear the cloths, the perfume intensity was making me feel ill. The lack of any apparent manual cycle overrides is frustrating. So I just ran everything through another "normal" cycle again with no detergent. Amazingly you can still smell the fragrance in the clothes but now what i would call normal. While I was waiting for the couple hours for round 2, I notice the booklet something called "drain and fil". cycle Maybe that's like a rinse, I don't know. Haven't tried it yet. I think will try All free and clear, or some kind of fragrance-free HE detergent. Sorry I couldn't be more help.
