The machine turns off after a few minutes of not being in use, and it drains. I am still trying to figure out if there is a way around this for soaking.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I just spoke with Maytag regarding a soaking option. These washers do NOT have one, so there is no way to soak clothes unless you have a laundry room sink and a mop to clean up the floor after you transfer sopping wet clothes to the washer.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Just push pause and keep the lid closed and you can soak as long as you want. If you leave the lid open, after about 10 minutes it will drain and turn off.
