Lol. That's what I complained about. I press the 2 buttons for "bulky items" with "deep fill" at the same time. I posted above. My name is "RapperSue". Do you find the washer goes off-balance? Mine does so often. It crashes around - and makes a lot of racket. The other 2 washers I've had over the last 48 years rarely were out of balance. If they were, it would only have been towels. I don't know how they can call this "energy-efficient. It runs for an hour or more, compared to my other 2 machines that ran for half an hour.
