“Why is this washer not filling up with water? I’ve tried everything that I can think of but it only sprays enough water to wet the clothes slightly then it starts agitating. Just bought it today but if this is normal for this machine then it’s going back”

Lol. That's what I complained about. I press the 2 buttons for "bulky items" with "deep fill" at the same time. I posted above. My name is "RapperSue". Do you find the washer goes off-balance? Mine does so often. It crashes around - and makes a lot of racket. The other 2 washers I've had over the last 48 years rarely were out of balance. If they were, it would only have been towels. I don't know how they can call this "energy-efficient. It runs for an hour or more, compared to my other 2 machines that ran for half an hour.
