It's the most stupid thing I've ever seen making a tub that would hold a small automobile, and yet the water only ever get's 2 inches deep.

I have the same problem . I thought it was our water system. now I’m thinking it’s the machine.What I do is break my loads to smaller ones. I also wash on the bedding setting. How is this energy saving.

Hello Edmiston99! Newer Top Load washers do use considerably less water than older traditional washers. Cycles such as Heavy Duty or Bulky items will fill with more water than the more energy efficient cycles, such as normal. Load Size selection will also change the amount of water.
