- Answer Hello! We currently do not have a model with all these features. We do have model MED7230HW, that is Energy Star Rated and has a Hamper lid however, it does not have the Air Only feature. We apologize.

QuestionDoes this have “fins” inside the drum? Can’t tell from the pictures. My current LG has them and if I just want to dry a couple items they get hung up on a fin.

- Answer hi, yes there are fins that line the drum from the back, to about 1/2 toward the front. They are smaller than my old dryer and taper, so possibly that would not be an issue for you?

QuestionI have brand new dryer installed and the "check vent" is on display and preventing the unit from drying. The vent duct is cleared. This is the second installation in as many months with the same issue? How to resolve?

- Answer Hi happy. The 15.5" pedestal is XHPC155XW and the 10" is XHP1000XW. These are the only two pedestals that are compatible with this Dryer. We apologize for any frustrations you may have experienced.

QuestionI'm shocked at how much lent gets passed the filter and comes out of the external pipe. It seems like something is wrong. Also, the dryer runs extremely hot and you can barely touch the right side when it's hot. Is this normal? Any any advise?

QuestionCan I pair a Model MHW6630H washer with Dryer Model MED5630H AND stack them? I see in the specs the dryer measures less in depth than the washer. Would that impact the stacking kit or would I require a specific stacking kit to mount this?
