“why is it taking 4 cycles to dry a comforter and 2 to 3 cycles to dry jeans or towels .it is brand-new new have had it a week”

• I have the same dryer, works great, i do usually have to open the dryer and reconfigure the comforter as it really spins it and the middle doesnt dry but it takes no longer than 1.25-1.5 hr for a king comforter. Must be an issue with your machine.
