“I just bought this 3 days ago. From the very start, it sporadically makes loud “snapping” or “clicking” sounds. It’s alarming. Is this normal? So far, I am very dissatisfied with this appliance. Most loads take multiple cycle runs to dry. Disappointing.”

Please try again later.A sporadic light clicking isn't particularly abnormal, I experience a similar sound with mine and with my previous dryer, but it shouldn't be alarmingly loud. As far as the preset cycles, I haven't been able to get them to work either but, I was aware of that going in based on some user reviews I saw before hand. I've had this dryer for about a month and a half now. Tried using the presets with the extra power for like the first 2 weeks then gave up. I've been using the timed dry setting since and it's been a lot better, still takes a few tries to figure out the right settings for certain types of loads but once you figure it out you can finish them properly with one cycle.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Are you washing something with buttons? No clicking noises here. Try washing a load of towels. Some loads don’t dry throughly, but just select more dry for those loads and you’ll be fine.
