“Does the dial move to off when the Sensor Cycle ends? My dial doesn't move and the dryer never turns off.”

Janice, when I use the sensor cycle, it does move to off when complete and the buzzer will also sound if selected to on. You should call customer service as it appears you may have a defective timer or possibly the moisture sensor which may control that section of the dial. Hope this helps. Good luck Ken
