A:AnswerHi Milay, the main reason a Dryer may not be fully drying a load, is the ventilation You will need to make sure the unit has good airflow by checking the venting. You can access that information on pages 5 and 6 of the Owner's Manual, located at the following link: https://bit.ly/2Sw37on

A:AnswerWe had to purchase a Foil Flex Duct which is fully flexible. The semi-flexible duct and the periscope would not work for ours. The semi-flexible duct would not allow our dryer to sit close enough to the wall. The small periscope type we had for our old dryer would have worked but it became bent when the delivery guys tried to install it. They could not do it so we did it ourselves and due to the bend in the duct a lot of hot air was coming out of it into the closet. The stores around us did not have a periscope duct as short as we needed.
Our dryer is located in a laundry closet so we were limited on space. The closet is 32" deep but we only have about 30" to work with due to the trim around the doorway. The Foil Flex Duct was the best option for us and we do not have any air leaking out from the duct into the house. The air is all going out of the vent like it should. We could not get the fully flexible duct from Best Buy. We had to go to Home Depot and it cost a lot less than the semi-flexible duct that Best Buy sold us. The only other purchase we had to make were the clamps to attach the duct to the dryer and to the vent. The clamps are also very inexpensive.
A:AnswerSkip, the dryer can be installed with a 3 or 4 wire prong power cord. You will need to verify the kind of plug you need based on your outlet. You will then need to purchase the correct plug.
A:AnswerJanice, when I use the sensor cycle, it does move to off when complete and the buzzer will also sound if selected to on. You should call customer service as it appears you may have a defective timer or possibly the moisture sensor which may control that section of the dial. Hope this helps. Good luck
