“This dryer is listed online as having steam. It does not. I went to a store to buy it after researching online. The in-store info correctly shows no steam so I didn't buy it. Can the online listing be fixed to save other people the hassle of wrong info?”

• Maybe Best Buy needs to correct their product description ... there is no Steam

• I shopped directly in store and knew it had no steam.This subject needs to be directed straight to the store itself so they know it is listed I corrected.Did you match up catalogue numbers to make sure you had the same dryer? They had quite a variety to choose from,many WITH steam.
