• Venting is out the rear - comes with a special measurement sticker/decal so there is a minimum distance from the back wall to maintain (could probably get away with a rigid 90* elbow to minimize venting but it would not vent out the left without a major modification.

• yes, but i don't think the installers can do it for you. You have to call a service ticket in.
