  • QuestionI have Mcaffee Lifesafe that just expired a few days ago. Will this work for me? They want to renew at $60.00. Is this a downloadable item or is there a CD? Thanks

    • Answer McAfee LiveSafe is usually an unlimited device product. You can certainly change to this package if you like, but it only protects 1 device so you will need to choose which device you want to protect. This is a download, not a CD, so you will need to redeem the code at https://www.mcafee.com/activate to download. It will require you to remove LiveSafe before installing Total Protection. The level of protection from the two products and even the features are all the same - the only difference is the number of products they protect. Please let me know if you have any other questions.

    • Answer Yes! We support Windows 7. However, you do need to ensure you have all the latest updates including SP1. We have had issues on systems that aren't fully up-to-date.
