Q: QuestionHow much monthly fee is? Is like you're hiding something. Just come out and tell us how much it is per month. The question has been asked like 3 times and you don't answer it. It comes off like you're hiding something. Seems shady.

- A:Answer I purchased this. The monthly fee is $35.00 for full monitoring and emergency response services. The first two months are free. If you add the "fall" monitor, it goes up to $45 a month. I can tell you my husband accidentally hit the button on the base station. Their response was clear and loud enough to be heard clearly in the next room. They used his name and asked if he needed help. Customer service must be called to set up. I was happy with the experience.

Q: QuestionCan this be connected to a loved ones cell phone, instead of using the network system? I also want to know if you have to get the plan or not?
