Yes. I am 5'3" and the walker is great... I have had several types of walkers over the years and this is the Best one ever. Sturdy, strong, large tires, folds up to half its size and still easy to lift.. Its adjustable for height... I am happy with this purchase..

I am 5'4" fitted me fine, there are adjustments on each side

The Walker works very well for a 55 man weighing 280 lb not a problem great job once again
