• yes, connect through normal Microsoft add Bluetooth through device setting.

• As long as the phone system supports Bluetooth headsets, it can be used. You would simply initiate Bluetooth pairing on the phone, then on the headset, and they will pair and connect. The dock is only used for charging - it does not need to be connected to the phone in any way.
