I work from home & only had a corded headset which proved challenging being chained to my chair. I was looking for an affordable wireless headset, which was monoaural and decided to take a chance on this one. So far I have been very happy with this headset. The audio is quite good for meetings and VoIP calls. My company uses "Teams". The charge seems to hold well. I had 1 incident where it indicated it was fully charged but as soon as I tried to use it, I kept getting a low battery alert. I resolved the problem by making sure the unit was turned off while it was changing and now it is working without issue. The range is impressive as is the quality of audio & voice. My only negative aspect for me is that after using the set thru out the day, it causes ear pain due to the pressure from the ear pad. The ear pad surface area is quite small, so all the pressure is applied to my ear rather than my head. I tried gently stretching the metal band which helped relieve the immediate pressure but over time, my ear starts hurting and I have to change to my other ear. I find ear buds to be very uncomfortable & really don’t want to spend $200 for headsets with larger ear pads. Plus it is hard to find a monoaural headset. So this will unit will have to work for now.

I loved this headset, The mic worked wonderful, good blutooth, comfortable. I have 2 other sets and this was the best! The charging dock was very nice. But after the second year the set over heated. The charging dock still has power but the headset no longer works. Customer Service just says I am out of the 1 year warranty and cannot help me. There is no trouble shooting for my problem. So even though I loved this problem. I am unwilling to purchase one every two years.

Works great, I use to have a $300 Cisco brand at the office and now working from home I purchase this MEE brand, and works just the same in audio and mic pick-up quality. I battery life lasts all day, Connect to pc and cell phone with no issues. No mute function on the headset or at less I can't find it. purchase at a discount reduced price of $30.00. very good docking station.

Highly recommend! Great sound quality for both speaker and microphone. Comfortable fit as I can wear for 8-10 hours without issues. I can connect to my PC and mobile phone simultaneous !

I use this headset every day and I really like it. it was easy to set up, works well, and the charging dock is very convenient as I don't have to worry about remembering to charge it. it fits differently than my previous headsets, but it is lightweight and now that I've found a comfortable way to wear it it has been great. I don't every want to deal with a wired headset again!

Best headset. After trying out much more expensive items, I returned them and bought this. I don't need any features other than a headset that I can use all day without needing to recharge. This fits the bill. I am on the phone approximately 4-5 hours/day for work. I use this headset all week and recharge at the end of the week. I sometimes walk 3-4 rooms over and forget my cell phone. Even then, the signal is strong and clear. Would highly recommend.

Good product. I ended up not using it very often though.

Sound is clear and easy to answer calls, but difficult to use for placing a call often taking several tries to get the headset to connect to the call. The charging base is perfect, holding the headset securely while easy to lift out.

The headset keeps it's charge quite long. The sound is very crisp and clear. Overall very satisfied with this purchase.

Works perfectly. Can’t go to fair away from your connected Bluetooth device. But it works great for working from home, sitting in front of a computer. Connected to my phone super easy.

Needed a better headset for work. You do sound like you are in a tunnel sometimes, but you can hear much better than some other's out there.

I absolutely love this. Perfect quality and there’s no background noise.
