A:AnswerNo.. you can stream from any device you are connected to. The trick is the source (Apple radio) needs to be “hardwired” to the MEE....and set up to transmit in bluetooth to the receiving device. That means your Bose needs to receive the bluetooth signal from the MEE. I actually use it to Bluetooth transmit from a turn table to my Yamaha amplifier. It works great...good luck
A:AnswerWhat we need to do in order to connect them is to put both devices into pairing mode at the same time. To put the Sony WI-C310 into pairing mode, press and hold the multifunction button on the headset for about 7 seconds. When the headset is in pairing mode, the blue indicator light will repeatedly flash twice in a row. You will also hear a voice guidance say “Bluetooth pairing” once the headset enters pairing mode. At that point, make sure your MEE audio Connect transmitter is powered on (the switch on the side is in the "on" position), then press the "A" button on the side of the transmitter. A rapidly blinking blue light will indicate that the transmitter is in pairing mode. Once you have both the transmitter and headphones in pairing mode simultaneously, they will find each other and connect!
A:AnswerAre use a pair of earbuds that were inexpensive but they have a separate volume control right on the cord. I had a set of headphones and that volume did not work nearly as well as the earbuds
A:AnswerSome TVs have the ability to adjust the sync/timing of the audio out. If that is the case you can match the sound exactly. Otherwise, no, there will be a very small lag. By using two headsets or independent speakers the sound should match exactly IF the Bluetooth receivers are both the same in each of the devices.
A:AnswerInside the Box is the following items
Connect Bluetooth Transmitter, Micro-USB charging cable, 3.5mm audio cable, 3.5mm to RCA audio cable, Digital optical SPDIF audio cable, Quickstart guide
A:AnswerI used the optical cable and don't have a synchronization problem. I am also using a pass-through feed from an Apple TV receiver. A caveat may be that I have this installed on the latest smart tv (LG)
