It is plugged into a Regular wall outlet(110) volt.

It doesn't come with an USB charger. So nothing to plug into the outlet. You just need an USB to charge (computer, wall charger, etc.).

It does not use AC, so neither. You charge the battery in it with UBS cable. It comes with all of the cables that you need to charge and hook it up.
