As the 3S is a redesigned headset, it is not compatible with this carrying case designed for the 3. We have released a new carrying case specifically for the 3S and would recommend looking for that instead!

The controllers? Probably not. These controllers point upwards in the case, and with those rings on the Quest 2 controllers, I don't think you'll be able to close the case.
